Delicious Paneer Tikka Masala

Ingredients:
For the Paneer Tikka:
250 grams paneer cut into cubes 1/2 cup mace curd 1 tsp red chili po 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt to taste 1spoon mustard o 1 small green capsicum chopped 1 small red onion, chopped For the gravy- 2 medium sized tomatoes pureed 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped 2 big spoons butter and ghee 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp cashews paste (soak cashews in hot water and blend)
Salt to taste , Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing,
1/4 cup fresh cream
Marinate the Paneer
Mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, lemon juice, mustard oil and salt in a bowl Recipes and Food
Add paneer pieces, capsicum and onions to the marinade and mix gently to coat everything e Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 Grill the Paneer Tikka –
Thread the marinated paneer, capsicum and onions on skewers. Recipes and Food Grill them on a stovetop grill pan, in the oven or over direct flame till lightly charred and smoky. Keep aside.

Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown Add tomato puree and cook till the oil separates Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric and garam masala and cook for a few minutes Add cashew paste and some water to adjust the consistency of the gravy Combine Tikka with Gravy-
Slowly add the grilled paneer, capsicum and onion to the gravy
T Add fresh cream to it and let the dish cook for 3-4 minutes
